??Legal Drafting: Write, review and analyze various legal pleadings, affidavits, plaints, written-statements, petitions, writs, replies, rejoinders, powers-of attorney, draft and file responses to legal notices, review opinions and other legal documents, identify potential legal issues and support suitable legal documentation etc. Proactive legal service with emphasis on providing commercial advice
??Litigation Management: Conversant with the functioning and procedures of Courts in India/ Quasi � Judicial Authorities w.r.t. litigations, Arbitration etc. Developing and coordinating litigation strategies and coordinating centrally all litigation across the country. Effectively liaise with external lawyers for management of legal cases and legal costs, opinions. Manage and oversee all company litigation matters
