legal question Sir ,
A woman filed a maintenance execution case against her husband for the massive due of the maintenance amount . Accordingly , Judicial Magistrate issued warrant of arrest against her husband in 2018 but till date , the Officer in Charge of the concerned police station is not executing such warrant since 2018 . It's unfortunate that despite complaining the said Magistrate against that police officer , that Magistrate is not taking any proper action against him , rather , he is giving long date to the petitioner .

That lady reported this matter to the Superior Police Officers in writing but they are completely inactive .

If the Ld. Court is inactive & the police officials are also inactive then what's the way open to that lady for executing the arrest warrant against her husband ? The warrant of arrest is still pending against her husband . Her husband is available in his own home but police is not arresting him .

In this situation , can such lady approach the Hon'ble High Court against the police in not executing that warrant of arrest for causing of inaction ? Is it possible ? This ground will be maintainable in the High Court ?
If possible , please give the advice in this regard.

Thank You.
