Is Online pharmacy legal

1. I need to know weather the 'Online Pharmacy' store is legal or not?
2. Can we sell prescription drugs with prescription through online means such as 'Fax', 'Scanned copy' etc of original prescription online?
3. In case a customer forges the prescription details who would be responsible for that (retailer or customer himself)
4. What would be the legal hassels that we are expected to face if we decide to go through with it?

Dear sister/brother
you are not supposed to sell the drugs online on retail basis
especially the H drugs has got certain mandotary provisions before selling to any one
for example, the H drugs must sold with assistanc of the registered pharmacist, with the doctors valid prescriptions
but you can sell online for the wholesale basis to the recognised dealer of the medicines
in this case you are not held responsible if the customer does any forgery
