I just want to know is Sandwich leave policy is legal in India.
most of the private companies are following this rule now that if you take leave on Saturday and Monday then Sunday will also will be counted as leave. and in companies where they have 5 day working culture here if you take a leave on Friday and Monday then they will count Saturday and Sunday as a leave.
so why this unethical law is being used in India and our government and Courts are allowing this.
if i want to go for a lawsuit against this policy then from where i should start.
