Karnataka High Court made a judgment on Education Rights of children which is chaired by the Justice L. Narayana Swamy and Justice P.S.Dinesh Kumar. In which the courts specify the violation of Article -21 of the Indian Constitution In which the constitution said that “ Protection of life and personal liberty No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to the procedure established by law”.
Supreme Court noted in Ugar Sugar Works Ltd., v. Delhi Admn. The Apex Court observed that “"it is well settled that the courts, in the exercise of their power of judicial review, do not ordinarily interfere with the policy decisions of the executive unless the policy can be faulted on the grounds of mala fide, unreasonableness, arbitrariness or unfairness etc." Advocate Mansi Sharma along with Advocate Nimisha Kumar appeared for the petitioners.
