Sir, my grandfather bought land from his money but he bought that land in the name of my 3 uncle, so can my father take land part in it ?
But they (3 uncles) do not want to share it with my father.
The land is in Kolkata and grandfather is not alive.
So please help me.
1) If your grandfather had purchased the land in the name of your three uncles excluding your father then your father can file a civil suit against your uncle's of possessing benami property.
2) Serve a legal notice to your uncle's that the land under their possession is benami and was not inherited so to show cause reasons why a civil suit for occupying a benami land be filed against them.
3) Please do click upon the like thumbs up tab shown below this reply format in token of appreciation for my having replied to your query sincerely and satisfactorly. Thanks 😊.
