Married women's right on her ancestral property


Married  women   
all property belong to ancestral but my brothers are refusing to give by saying u can claim this ancestral property after death of father and mother this is court judgement. I want to clarify is this true that i can not claim ancestral property from my father and mother

   Dear client,You are also having right over the property.you make a request to your parents for getting your share separated..If they are not willing you issue a notice demanding partition.The last resort is filing a suit for partition.It is better to solve the matter by talking with your parents and brothers.please click the like icon

   this is not true. you are the co sharer in the ancestral property and claim partition even if your parents are alive. the share of you, your father and your brothers is in the same proportion and you are equal to them.
