Moser Baer India Limited Company which is located in Greater Noida and its head office is located in Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi, as per the order of the Honorable NCLT Court, this company has gone in liquidation process. On this company Workers salaries is in due form from September 2017 and October 2017 prior to CIRP Process. From November 2018 to August 2018, salary is also outstanding which has been taken in the CIRP cost as per the Hon'ble NCLT Court order. Whereas Liquidator accept salary wages from August 2017 to October 2018 have been considered as arrears will be payout according section 53 of IBC 2016. which is non justice with workers and 2 year bonus is also outstanding on the company but Liquidator did not accept it and gratuity is outstanding on the company but liquidator is saying that it will be pay with banks in pari passu. workers has done work for two month . And its undertaken work is also to be paid in proportion with banks in arrears The company also undertake a plan in which company used to pay a three-month notice period for worker and pay salaries one month salary per month. In this regard, we also claim to be paid 24 months' compensation in my claim sheet. not accepted. . Our question to you is that those companies have gone for liquidation under IBC 2016 What can be the maximum amount of money available for the workers that has worked for the life ahead of them,.
