Can a newly appointed Officer overturn his predecessor's (now retired) decision concerning an individual of the organization?
Previous Officer signed an agreement all through proper channel. After his retirement, the new officer overturns that agreement. Is he legally correct?
It cannot be. Once an agreement is signed by predecessor it is binding upon his successor. The cancellation power can be exercised through Court or by issuing notice to effecting party.
