My neighbour is expanding his house by constructing first floor. The coconut tree of our house leaning on his building and he is giving lot of problem to us while plugging coconuts and cutting the branches without our consent. Every branches in the coconut tree are tied with coir cope to avoid falling down. I may be kindly advised to tackle the issue.

Sir, In foreign countires there is remedy for these kind of issues called Law of TORTS. In so far as India is concerned, there is no specific law. You can filecivil suit for Injunction not to distrub your peaceful pocession after issuing the legal notice. Aprat from this, my person advice would be, thre will be some practical problem to run your daily life since he is on your next door. If you can sit together, can solve the problem otherwise follow my advise as i given above.
