Please let us know legal points for the following situation
In 1980 Owner named A sold govt approved land to Buyer named B but patta name change was not done.
In 2000 Owner of Land named B settled and transfered and registered his land and house to one of his Son (named C) only out of 4 sons. Every one in the family know about the registration done in the year 2000 and only this year 2018 Father(owner named B) of 4 sons died.
so Revenue records still shows name A (who sold the land in 1980) and not B or C
Owner C has registered and valid document in his name, EB, Property tax etc is in his name
Owner C is yet to apply for Patta and get it.
In this scenario whether Owner C is a valid legal owner of Land and House Or in absence of Patta can the other 3 sons
claim share in the property since no Patta in name of Owner C
