legal question I hold two DDB dated 7th January 1995, the maturity date being 11th January 2014. I shifted residence to Navi Mumbai and tried to contact SSNL for change of address on 23rd Sept 2010 through the Karvy Computer Share Vashi, the letter was returned undelivered. Sent another letter 0n 15th May 2011 without any response. Finally I faxed the request on 2nd May 2012 which elicited a response but also informed that the DDBs were prematurely redeemed from 10th January 2009 and claim that I was sent a notice in this regard on my registered address which seems to be not true as my family members are still living on the same address and are in regular communication and they did not receive any such notice. The SSNL also states that the same notice was published in all India edition of Times of India which I could not read as I did not regularly read this particular daily. Now they say, that I will be paid only upto 11.01.2011. Kindly advice what recourse is open to me? Thanks & best regards - Ravindra Chand Thakur
