Sir,there is no provision of change in terms and conditions if once decree of divorce is passed as decree of divorce is passed on the basis of terms and conditions agreed by both the parties. the procedure is that both the parties have to file the joint petition under section 13-B of H.M.Act mentioning therein terms and conditions agreed by both the parties. However after preparing separate memorandum of understanding , it can be attached with petition. Mutual divorce decree can be obtained within 15.-20 days if court is satisfied that there is no chances of re union of the parties, otherwise it will take 6 months.
sir who told you all this , in mutual divorce there is no condition as they are going to be separate for life . stamp paper has no role in this . sir if the couple want mutual divorce then go to the family court and hire lawyer an file the joint petition for the same and be free in 6 month time , and there will be no MOU accept that the girl and the boy and there family will have no social or legal drama after the divorce . mutual divorce has no ground it is that only the husband wife do not want to live from now together that is all .
