legal question My grandfather bought a plot on his name but after death of my grandfather ,my one uncle made home on the land and uncle not want to share that land among his brothers and he say that give me amount of home which he made on land but my father have not money.
How can my father take his share on land?

legal answer from lawyer E000044561) Have the names of all the legal heirs of your grandfather mutated in the records of rights of the land by producing the death certificate and an affidavit of legal heirship before the Patwari i.e. the village Talati revenue Officer liaise with the Village mukhiya.
2) After the mutation is done file a civil suit for seeking partition.
