intent and allocation of risk in the original provision (or portion) and the
rest of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect. The Agreement
constitutes the entire agreement between you and PathLegal
with respect to the Site and your use of the Site, and supersedes all other
(prior or contemporaneous) communications or displays whether electronic, oral,
or written, between you and PathLegal regarding the Site and your
activities.
19. Geographical & Export Restrictions
You agree that all Content posted or accessible via
the Site is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the
Government. You agree not to export or re-export any Content directly or
indirectly, to any country not permitted by country government export
restrictions.
20. Premier Membership Policy
The unexpected site down time is not manageable and will not be excluded from the Premier Program.

21. Paid Questions Policy

2. Once it’s paid, then your reply to the expert answer is considered as paid question by default, you can ask the questions till you get a satisfied answer and it's valid for 3 days.
3. Your reply to the question become unpaid after 3 days and your payment will be released to those lawyers who have answered your question.
4. Paid question answer programs are valid only for the question pertaining to India.
