WebApp Introduction

The most advanced technology driven solution for lawyers and law firms. itís a combination of your own website and mobile apps, well connected each other and you can manage almost all from your mobile itself such as your client questions, appointments, client chats, blogs, faq, jobs, practice areas, reviews, team, etc .

Components

WebApp has four components

1. Lawyer Website

3. Admin App

Lawyer Website

It is your website generated as per the given information from your PathLegal profile. All the contents including logo, pictures, banners, contents and almost all in your website can be changed as per your request at any point of time. We can connect to a domain (www.yourdomainname.com) whenever you are ready to go LIVE with your website.

Trial Website:

Lawyer App

Itís your own app where clients can install your app and stay connected with you always. Itís similar to the above website and it has all functionalities as your website. Whenever you are ready we can push your app to the Google/Apple store and make it LIVE.

Admin App

The Admin App by PathLegal which would allow you to manage/modify your website, app and also allow you to respond to the client request such as chat, appointment, questions etc from both your website and App.

Itís a website by PathLegal which would allow you to manage your website, app and allow you to handle the client request from both your website and App.

App Installation

1. Install Lawyer App:

Download the trial app using the below link and install it on your phone. Once you installed, do a signup as a client. You can forward the app to your friends and ask them to install.

2. Install Admin App:

Download & Install the Admin App using the given link below

Once you installed the admin app you would need your admin email id and password to login, you can get these detail from the email you already received with a subject Account Activation. Or you may even proceed with the link Forgot Password link.

Testing Guide

Book an Appointment as a Client

1. Open the Lawyer App and do a login/signup.

2. Book an appointment with the lawyer.

3. Open Admin App and manage the above client appointment

Chat With the lawyer

1. Open Lawyer App and chat with the lawyer

2. Open the Admin App and chat with the above client

Navigate to Lawyer

Open Lawyer App and click on the map icon shown in the header which will route you to the lawyerís office.
Also go through all the menus in your Admin and your App.

Q.3 How Can I Login to the WebAppAdmin?

You can login to the WebApp Admin using your E-mail id and Password which was send toyou at the time of Web App account activation or you can reset the password by clicking the Forgot Password option in the Login screen. Provide your registered E-mail with WebApp and you will get the password by mail.

When you login to your WebApp Admin, you can see all the appointments there and if you want to view the appointments in a particular date, click on Choose Date and select the date.

Q.5 How to respond a Client Questions?

Click on the Menu List, take Client QA from the list, then you can see all the client QAs here and there will be an Answer button click on that and you can answer the corresponding client questions.

Q.6 How can I recognize that a client message has come for me?

When the clients message you, you will get a push notification and you can see the message in client chat section.

Q.7 How Can I Write a Blog?

Take Tools from Menu list, click on Blog. You can see all of your blogs here and if you want to upload a blog click on UPLOAD BLOG, enter the title, description, blog image and click submit.

Q.8 How I Can Post a Job?

Select Jobs from Tools Menu. For adding a new job, click on plus(+) symbol in header on top right side and click New Jobs. Fill the details and click on ADD JOB button.

Q.9 How to add new clients?

Take clients from Tools menu, click on the plus(+) symbol on header and click on New Clients, enter the client name, description and image and click on ADD CLIENT button, your clients will be added to clients list.

Q.10 How to add new practice areas?

Select Practice Areas from Tools, you can see all the practice areas you have added. For adding new practice areas, click on the plus (+) symbol on header, click New Practice Area and enter the name, description of practice area and the image, after that click on SUBMIT button your new practice area will be added to practice area list.

Q.11 How to Add a New Team Member?

Select Team from Tools, you can see all the added team members here and for adding a new team member, click on the Plus (+) symbol and New Team, enter the information and click SUBMIT.

Select My Profile from Tools. Click on the Edit (Pen) symbol in header on top right side and you can make changes to the fields in My Profile, after that click on Update.

Q.13 Is It Possible to Change the Colour of My App?

Yes, you can change the App colour to your favourite colours. Select the Colour Change Menu from the menu list and you can select Primary Colour and Secondary Colour, click on the colour tab and select your App colourand click OK.
