I have recently lost a case for my rented house in High court. th e land lord has taken possession of the premises.
The plea of vacation was that the land lord needs an office for his personal use.
I have two questions.
1. What is the legal situation in case the land lord converts the existing residential premises into commercial establishement.
.2. what is the legal position in case the land lord sells the house. As I understand the existing land lord is only a face of the actual owner.
