tenant vacated the premises but possession not given

   Hon'ble Civil court dierected tenant to handover vacant possession of property in suit to landlord. Accordingly an execution suit is filed against tenant. Tenant has filed an appeal in higher court where execution is stayed till further date.Meanwhile it is learnt that tenant has removed all his material & vacated the premises but the possession is not given. So is there any provision in law in favour of landlord to occupy the premises by any means.



   you can move an application to this eefect and bring the factual position in the notice of court.
