want to have advice regarding how much extra space can we ge

my room is pagdy system.redevlopment activties are goingon.builder is going to take measrment of room.i have made mala(loft) and assessment is done and i am paying tax for this every year.will the builder give me extra space? what way will i demand this?

there is no specific law for demanding for the loft. if the loft with in the measurements taken by the builder then u may negotiate with ur builder and take extra space. if the loft is not in the measurements u can claim entirely.
