Abhishek Tiwari is an Appellate Criminal Defence Advocate, practicing in the High Court of MP at Jabalpur. He is a Counsel (Civil & Criminal) of the High Court Legal Aid Services 2019-20. As Amicus Curiae, (Defence) appointed by the Hon’ble High Court, he has submitted Final Arguments in 70+ Criminal Appeals resulting in acquittal with reversal of judgments, acquittal with part modifications, and commutation of sentences etc., of the prisoners.

He also appears in matters relating to ADR’s, Consumer Rights, Matrimonial Causes (Divorce, Maintenance & Alimony, Custody etc.,) & Domestic Violence Cases.
Abhishek received his school education from Christ Church Boy’s Senior Secondary School, Jabalpur and College Education from St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur from where he obtained his Post Graduate (M.A. Degree) in English Literature. He obtained his Law Degree from R.D. University. He has held various work positions in different companies in Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmadabad and has been a Feature Writer cum Copyeditor for The Times of India.
