Online applications are invited from Law Graduates (who have passed out after March 2017) who fulfil the following essential ~cademic Qualifications and other eligibility conditions, as on 30.09.2020, for engagement as Law Clerk-cumResearch Assistant, in Delhi State Legal Services Authority purely on contractual basis on a fL'~ed consolidated stipend of Rs. 35,000/- per month initially for a period. of three months. However, the contract can be terminated at any point of time without any notice. Last Date for sublnission of application is: 31.10.2020.
Essential Qualifications' :
(i) Candidate must be a law graduate having passed out after lVIarch, 2017 from any Law School/College/University/ Institution and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as Advocate, vith at least 60% marks.
(ii) Candidate must not be above 27 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications.
(iii) Candidate studying in the final year shall also be eligible to apply subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law degree at the time o'f intetview/before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant.
(iv) Candidate must have good knowledge of l.fS-PowerPoint/\lord/Exce1.
Candidate shall prepare PowerPoint Presentation on POCSO Act comprising of at least 15 slides. Presentation is to be attached along with Application form.

Selection shall be made on the basis of Interview.
It is made clear that the engagement as Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant is a full time job, though purely on contractual basis. Engaged capdidate shall not be able to join any other profession/ service/ engagement etc. during the continuance of his/her employment with DSLSA. It shall not confer any right on selected candidates to claim any regular 'appointment/ continuance in selv1ce in the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. Authority reserves with it the right to discontinue the services of any Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant at any point of time without assigning any reasons.
I. Legal Assist~nce to victims of human trafficking and looking after their welfare and rehabilitation with coordination of various NGOs working in the field.
II. Assisting Legal Selv1ces Advocates who are trained advocate mediators to identify element of settlement in the referred cases which are taken up in the Crime Against Women Cell in each District as also in IPR n1atters from the Office of tl1e Registrar of Trade Marks & Patents.
III. Support and assistance in the Project of Rehabilitation of 'Sueet Children' to the various stakeholders including District Child Protection U nit in every District of Delhi.
Preparation of pamphlets & information 111aterial to be used in awarene~s & legal literacy programmes.
