Orders have been issued in connection with the functioning of judges in the district courts of Madhya Pradesh High Court from May 19 to May 31, as per the instructions of District and Sessions Judge Rajendra Kumar Verma from May 19 to May 30, one session judge and two magistrates courts are regularly functioning. District and Sessions Judge Rajendra Kumar Verma has posted two magistrates on remand duty from May 18 to 31 during the lock-down for the first time keeping in mind the functioning of the capital. Sessions judges will sit in the G-2 court and remand magistrates will sit in the G1 and G3 courts. During this period, hearing of all cases will continue uninterrupted through video conferencing. The District and Sessions Judge has made it clear that social distancing will be taken care of in court and no person will enter the District Court without permission otherwise legal proceedings will be taken against him.
