Property »Posted 23 Nov 2020 Post Answer

legal question I plan to buy a property( house). Seller got that property from settlement ( from mother). But previously that property owned by his mother and father (bought by their own earnings) . His father expired in 1965. And got settlement from mother in 2010 but that settlement had no partition mentioned and also no one signed except his mother..is there any prob??

legal answer from lawyer E00321627If the settlement deed is registered and all the family members signed the deed you can purchase the property otherwise not. For further clarification you may contact me. Hit the like button if the advice is useful to you.
