Dear Sir, the IDBI BANK GACHI BOWLI has sanctioned mortgage loan against sale of housing board plot on submission of third party illegal third party registration without title and passion of housing board violating the self finance scheme sale agreement executed with executive engineer without provision of third party registration on payment of final cost and also void documents of I revocable g.p.a without being notarized , Agreement sale attested by the notary without notary licence no. and without notarial registration no. format XV . N.O.C without witness and without notarial registered no. M.O.U created on anti dated non judicial stamp paper of other person for self 18 months old. The IDBI Bank sanctioned Mortgagee loan to other party without verifying the above documents in Housing Board . The Executive Engineer did not submitted above documents in |Sub Registrar office as public officer under section 88 of Registration Act.. I made complaint to IGRS and Secretary Legal affairs govt., of India and Principle Secretary Housing Telangana. My criminal case with F.I,.R is under investigation as per court order. Please advise me for immediate action against the seller by the IDBI bank recovery from seller against my complaint with all above documents and the documents are under section 23 of Indian Contract Act.
