legal question Dear Sir / madam, my wife has a self aquired freehold property. Unfortunately she has expired. There is no will for the property. I have 3 major children. Now who will be the legal owner of the property? Husband or children or all of them collectively. Please advise

legal answer from lawyer E00002866Dear client , You, your 3 major children are legal heirs of that property , each of you all will have equal share in that property separately not collectively. If you liked my advice then click LIKE. Thanks.
