legal question While marking the document in the court, the respondent lawyer agreed and the documents marked. While cross examination in the court, respondent refused that it is not his sign although he signed the surrender deed of the premise in 4 pages.

We are thinking to ask the court to proceed for the handwriting expert signature verification.

Apart from the above, are there any other petition should we file since he is trying to cheat the court by telling lies? Any criminal action or Any other would you like to suggest in this case?
