Finally I have decided to move further, and want get married to other girl or at least want to start staying in live-in. Plz advice.

legal answer from lawyer E00321627Getting married pending divorce petition is out of question as the same amounts of offence punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years. Live in relationship is also risky. The best way is to expedite divorce proceeding, it can be done. File a petition in the court seeking visiting rights to your kids. You can also seek direction to your wife to bring to them come common place like hotel or park or recreation center. You can also seek direction to her to bring them to court to spend time with you.
