legal question I sold my ancestral property without consent of my brothers in year 2000 and showed very less money in sale deed. Now my bothers are filing partition suit and threatening me telling that it is a criminal offence. How can i solve this? Can I give them equal share in the amount showed on sale deed 20 years back or fight in court claiming limitation period?

alternatively u can divide the amount outside the court if they all agree to the same , else the sale deed will be quashed , and partition suit will be filed
