NATURE OF SERVICES BEING OFFERED BY S&P Law Associates:- 1) Retainer Services: The firm is eligible to take care of retainer services from prospective corporate customers and it includes sending legal notices, consulting an advising clients to go ahead further, filing cases against defaulters etc., 2) IPR Services: Filing Trade Mark Applications for the trade name and goods of the clients and taking steps to register the same before the Trade Mark Registry. Follow up with Registry and handling cases and in cases of objection taking up the case to Appellate Tribunal etc. We do handle cases in Copy Right and Patent too. 3) Litigation Support & Advisory Services by Legal Opinions: We do advisory services in all legal aspect. Incases of Real Estate, property opinion in a detailed manner will be rendered with respect to the title of the property and its legality issues. In cases of labour issues, the remedy to be followed to avoid any dispute and to maintain cordial relationship between employer and employee relationship and thereby to maintain harmony in the industrial sectors. In case of Litigation Support, the procedures, the effective remedy, the way to approach the appropriate forum and thereby to uphold the justice. Handling cases in Consumer Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Customs and Central Excise Tribunals, Rent Courts and Madras High Court (writ jurisdiction) and we do engage Senior Counsel to get a favourable judgment in many critical areas of law, etc., 4) Corporate Related Services: Company Incorporation and formalities, registration of them, due diligence aspect of maintenance of minutes, balance sheet, share holders ledger etc. The firm also advises its corporate clients as to the procedure to be followed to avoid penalization. Compounding of offences before CLB in cases of defaults and handling cases of disputes among the directors and shareholders of the company before CLB, co-ordinating with Registrar of Companies, filing necessary forms etc., obtaining DIN, Import Export Code Number, Sales Tax Registration etc., are also the other services offered by the Firm. 5) Contract Services: In cases of contracts, as to the terms of contracts which is the essence of contract.
